I'm Full Of Hurt

Well, here we go again. My wife called me at work yesterday, and said she wasn't feeling well. When I got home, she said she called her doctor, and he told her to get up to the hospital. She is having real bad chest pains, and the pain is extending down her arm. They ran some test's on her in the emergency room, and with in a couple of hour's, they admitted her. They think she might have some blockage in her arteries, and are wanting to do a stress test, and some other thing's. Damn, I can't take this shit. I'm sure every thing is going to be ok, at least I hope it is. I know I've asked you guy's for prayer in the past, so I guess I'm asking again. Please pray for my wife Kathy. She just called, and is still in a lot of pain. I'm going to go back up there. Thank's guy's.

Believe me, I know exactly what you're going through and it's rough. My wife just got out of the hospital on March 4th after having her 15th, yes I aid 15th, heart operation and she's only 33... This started up about 3 months after she and I got together and flares up every now and then. What sucks is it's not even because she doesn't take care of herself. She's not overweight and doesn't drink very much, nor does she smoke and she doesn't eat a lot of messed up stuff. It was a result of a genetic condition that went undiagnosed until she was 19.

 

What you have to remember is, though you are stressed and frustrated, she has far more fear running through her than any emotion you have running through you. All you can do is be there for her and keep her calm as it will ease her tension a little bit. I've seen first hand the wonders that cardio specialists can perform so she should be in good hands.

 

Anyway, hope she gets better soon. Thoughts and prayers inbound to you and her.
