Thanks for the opportunity to be part of the forum.

 

Purchased a 2006 Silverado K1500 Crew Cab with the 6.0 VortecMax with 48K miles just over a week ago. I bought the truck from my brother so I do have some history but not a lot with the truck. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed having the truck.

 

I have not and do not necessarily intend to make very many modifications. It came with the things (bug shield, wind visors, nerf bars, tool box and tinted windows) that I would have wanted to add. I did put an ipod adapter (Peripherial form Crutchfield) in and bought some new floor mats and had my local shop do some checking and preventative maintenance.

 

I appreciate the help and future help this forum provides.

Nice truck Kenley :thumbs: I wish I could've found the VortecMax for my truck, but no luck.
