Wtb: 01-06 Z71 Tahoe Or Suburban Front Valance/air Dam

I'm looking for a z71 tahoe or suburban front air dam/ valance/ or lower bumper- whatever you wanna call it. I'm looking to get the one like on JennaBear's Tahoe in her signature. I've looked on the internet and found a few places that sell just the plastic valance. I need the whole valance complete with the lights. I think this would be a great upgrade for my stock, non-foglight suburban bumper. Does anyone have one for sale or any links to websites that sell them? I'll also need the switch and pigtail. Can anyone get me a part number for the factory foglight switch and wiring pigtail for a 00-02? I've seen pictures of the switch I need at LMC trucks.com they have a combo rear windshield wiper and foglight switch together for like $60. But they don't have the wiring pigtail. This combo switch would be perfect fit, it directly will replace my wiper switch I currently have.

I have the "valance" from my 06 silverado .. The valance is the part below the plastic part on the bumper that holds the fogs...
