I have it mounted so there is the inlet in the back and the outlet is split in 2 with the "T"..... Then it goes to 2 separate lines which has shutoff on either so i can choose which one i want to blow... The line closest to the dash is the whistle , and the line closest to the seat is the hornblasters shockers!

The whistle isnt as loud or deep as i wanted but it is a cool thing to have to get someones attn!

Then not sure if u can see it but the previous button i had for the solenoid for the shockers is still there under radio in the cubby... That button now controls the solenoid which is connected to a line coming from the drain on tank! No more crawling in bed to let moisture out, just a tap of the button and 150 psi is blasting out the pass. side of truck.. "also good for scarring the crap outta ppl" lol

NEAT, but why the large valve and handle? Why not a button and a solenoid. Cheap and easy to wire, just need a relay and it won't look like an E-Brake.

I use to have a solenoid on the horn but you cant control it at all... Its either open or closed... With the adjustable valve / metering valve u can make your horn sound like a real train! Highs and lows.... I still have the solenoid on my truck on the drain hole.. when i need to rid moisture out of the tank, i just push the button now. :) Plus on a regular train they have GW "Graham White " valves...This valve is almost identical to it , except About $120 less :D

So now i got the train sound and look to boot! Sure not something that floats everyones boat on the "INNANET" but if u saw / heard in person, you would want one! :fume:

lol, only sound i got recorded right now is this vid... but its NOT the new manual valve, its just the solenoid..

Stock horn vs train horn.. non manual valve

As soon as i get a chance to go out to a more remote area, i will get a vid of the highs / lows... but my camera sucks and does this thing no justice!

Heres what the horblasters sound like in real life , or if u have a good camera!

uhh dont think you can do anything to blend those in, ugh. I would make plastic housing to cover that up/paint the handle black to make it a blend a bit better that way. Other then that, rock on!
