reduced engine power

i have a 2006 silverado 6.0. just changed out transmission. now its throwing a code on dash REDUCED ENGINE POWER, what could it be code reader says  LOST COMMUNICATION WITH THE THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL MODULE? ANY HELP PLZ AND THANK YOU.

We’ll need the DTC number. Maybe a P1516. Also, make sure there isn’t any other codes set. A low voltage code will kill outputs from the ECM and disable the throttle control
