Turbo Sizing

I have an 08 1500 Silverado with a 5.3L with AFM. I was wondering if anyone has done the research for a turbo size that would get the most out of V8 and V4 modes. I have researched and it looked like STS uses a GT67 but I didn't see any other specs like the compressor size that they use.

Probably going to need to disable AFM with a turbo. I don't see AFM playing nice with forced induction.
