P0332 I Know What It Is, But...

I'll give you a quick rundown of events:

 

2003 Tahoe 4WD "Z" engine code/FlexFuel 112K miles very well cared for. I (gasp) clean the engine bay 2-3 times a year. (I know, I know), but with a garden hose only-soft stream for the rinse.

 

Removed throttle body for cleaning after erratic idle problems.

 

Cleaned engine bay with intake plenum removed. It was dirty under there!

 

Ran great/fixed idle problem for 1 day and MIL came up-p0332. Runs a bit rough.

 

I'll fix this myself but could use a little help on parts needed. I know about:

 

 

1. 2 knock sensors
   
2. Knock sensor wiring harness
   
3. intake manifold gaskets (FelPro MS96587 OK?)
   
4. Throttle body gasket
   

Anything else I will need? I live in east Alabama and don't want to wait for parts if I can avoid it.
