No Picture Factory Flip Down Dvd Player, Sound But No Picture

2004 Surburban. Plays DVD and we always get sound but nothing on the screen. One time screen works. Next time does not. Nothing loose anywhere that I can find. Anyone seen this before? Possible fixes short of buying a different unit?

If it was me I think I would find the manufacturer & model # on it and search the 'net.Might be someone who has had the same prob and has a fix,or maybe go to the MFG. website,maybe there's some help.Most websites have a support section.

 

The flip-down in my Burb is aftermarket and several years old so I'm not much help there
