Spray On Clear Bra

I called around today and found a place here that does a spray on clear bra. They will spray the back of my mirrors, front bumper and my 14-18 inches up my hood. They can not spray the chrome grill on my denali but oh well lol. My question is they stated they etch the paint to get the spray to adhere and say it looks great when applied. Should I be concerned? It is a reputable place and I am going later this week to see a truck they did. The truck they did is white and my Denali is black so I dont know.

I wouldn't do it. I don't like the idea of spraying on a clear bra. I would see doing the clear film but not the spray on stuff.

+1 I agree. Ask for clients with black vehicles to compare.

I think I am going to go with the 3m over lay. The spray scares me. Sounds way too permanent. Plus etching of my paint dosent sound good. I still will do a spray in bed liner but my hood is too pretty lol.

I've seen too many Clear Bra's all pitted and dinged up and pealing that look hidious. I'll never go with one. Usually a good bug deflector will handle rocks thrown up at the hood. Always worked for me.

I got my front windows tinted and the 3M clear bra put on yesterday and I am very pleased! It looks great. I will get some pics once I can clean her up and this freaking snow melts!

I definitely need some sort of protection on my silvy! I barely have 7000km and already have alot of chips. Where do I buy this and did you install yourself? haha

Crystal clear for dominion sure seal is the best spray on product on the market . no yellowing or film edge to worry about

Have you thought about this instead? It will mainly protect the front end of the hood...

Im looking at the llumar film, which I was quote $700 for the front end (which is completely painted so that means literally everything) and rockers installed w/5 yr warranty, he said 3m will prob be about 150 more. How much did they charge for your 3M? I only found one place around here to do it
