so I take it the tow truck got stuck, and the other one is pulling it out?

Maybe the tow truck is pulling him in so he can charge him to pull him out later?

no it was at my trade school and the yellow one got stuck then they pulled with the truck and a tractor to try and get it out, but it failed miserably so they had to get another tow truck out there to get it out. but i wasn't able to take any other pictures because i had work to do
