Switches On Steering Wheel

I have several toggle switches on the spokes of the steering wheel. At night, only one of these is backlit. I am assuming the were functioning lights behide the rest at one time or the other but they are not functional now.

 

My question is: How difficult is it the replace the bulbs? Is this a dealer item? Is this something an owner can do?

 

If it is an owner item - how do you get access to the bulb to change it?
