08 Silverado Door Handle And Level Kit

I can probably figure out how to do it but wondering if anyone can tell me how to change out the exterior door handles on 2008 silverado crew cab. I changing out the plastic handles for some painted handles.

 

Also i have got a 2" leveling kit i am trying to get rid of for 08 silverado. email [email protected] if interested

let us know how the job goes...i'm considering doing the same...i have the same truck and am considering changing mine out for chrome handles. i hear its not a hard job but very lengthy...not sure if i'm going to tackle it or pay the labor to have it done. thanks!

Door handles are pretty easy to do... Actually the first one takes abour 40 minutes, the rest are about 15 minutes each door. Thats about all mine took anyways.

I agree with Steven, the first ones a PITA, but then they go pretty quick, but do have a magnetic pick-up tool and a flash light for when something falls down the door
