Sharp car, but I would not recommend putting that as a sig pic. That is kind of a slap in the face to all of the patriot consumers here, don't you think? Keep the pickup pic and you will be ok, no one here would mind too much if you are driving jap to save some bones, but for the love of God, don't be a jackass about it! LOL

Gentlemen,

That Accord is probably built in Marysville, Ohio. Lots of American jobs. Great cars too.

Foreign investment in a country is generally considered a good and positive thing for our economy. Why can't Chevy build a car as good as an Accord? That is what bothers me. My other car is an Acura.

That being said, I wish we were the standard of the world in cars, like we used to be. I do not like being second fiddle to anyone. In the '60s, America built real cars, the rest of the world, with rare exception, built junk.

That's an awesome car! I'd love to have one like that.

I goofed and traded for a Nissan in October.. If GM had a decent midsize vehicle I would have stuck with them.. But I'm still here!

I plan on going back to a Silverado in a couple years when I move and my commute is shorter, though.

Enjoy the Accord! If I had a car, that's exactly what it would be!

I think the Malibus are amazing cars. Prior experience with Hondas are why I would buy another one. It'll be interesting to see how the Malibus fare as they get some age and miles on them.

So far the new '08-up Malibu's have been trouble-free for us,all the ones we've sold have only been back for oil changes and tire rotations.

My Dad has a little over 10k on his '09,he loves it! No issues at all :rollin:

So a picture of Honda Accord is a slap in the face to patriots around here. On the other hand, GM giving Toyota Owners $ 1,000 rebate toward purchase of new GM vehicles and telling GM vehcile owners "screw you, no bonus for you" is a sound and great business tactic from GM that these same "patriots" applaud. :rollin:

I agree on the Malibu for sure. The 08 up Malibu has been transformed into a world class car. The Impala... not so much. Still old school GM tech from about 1995. I'd bet the next generation Impala is going to be a thing to behold though...

Is it a V6 model? That car is high on my list of possible purchases.
