Tahoe 22" Tires

I just purchased a 2001 chevy tahoe from a dealer about 6 months ago. It came with nexen 305/44/22 tires and really nice rims. The only problem I have is the ride is so rough. Every bump is felt and the whole inside of the truck shakes and makes noise going over the smallest of bumps. Love the way it looks but if we dont figure out why it rides so horrible I may be forced to put stock rims and tires on truck which I dont want to do. Does anyone have this problem or a solution?

The bigger the wheels, the more of the road you will feel. You might be able to recoup some of the stock ride, but installing new shocks and air bagsm but you will still be rolling on those large wheels.

Just try and down size to 18" or 20" wheels. You'll find many options in those sizes

I have the GMC 20's with the stock Good Year Eagles and it rides great. The front coil overs probably help a bit also!
