Power Window Regulator Rollers

I need to replace the nylon power window regulators on my 83 Chevy C20 (rollers are stuck- won't turn.). The OEM rollers are riveted in place, and I can see how to remove the rivets but not how to reinstall the rivets without some sort of special tool. Does anyone know of a replacement roller that will work, perhaps with a threaded stud for a nut and lock washer? The general purpose Dorman repair kit says it won't fit my 83 C20. Thanks.

Just to clarify, I am talking about the plastic rollers riveted to the ends of the regulator arms that ride in the window guide tracks. I think they got loaded up with dried out grease and dirt and stuck in place, causing the power window motor to overwork and burn out. Thanks.
