is there a difference between the 08 and 09 silverado ecsb 5.3 for the level kits cause belltech only has 08 ....

 

and if i take out the block does it make it a 3 inch drop?

If ou are talking about 2 inch drop shackles the no, there is no difference and yes, the block takes another inch off.
