Hey guys

I have a 2007 Seirra crew cab with 52,000kms. I still have 8,000 km warranty plus my 5 year power terran. I am thinking about chipping my truck , will it void my warranty?

thanks

Well....there is no such thing as "chipping" anymore. You will either have to get a custom tune from Blackbear, wheatley or some other tuner, OR, you can get a hand held programmer that will re-flash your ECM from Diablo Sport, Edge, etc.

As for voiding your warranty, if they find that you have a tune It very well could Void it.

Could be you know....did you see that episode of myth busters where they did the golf ball car?

If you chip your paint in the same way you may get more MPG, and the reduced drag will probably allow you to go faster.
