Move to River Falls. I would seriously consider living there if my wife did not work in Saint Cloud.

 

I have thought about it. I wanted to move Hudson/River Falls area in 2005 when we moved. But I couldn't talk the wife into it. Now she wishes we had. Taxes are higher, but the houses were about 75-100K cheaper (in the 350-400K price range). i.e. One house I looked at was selling for 360K on about 3 partially wooded acres overlooking a valley (beautiful view), that house would have sold for about 425K on a postage stamp lot in Woodbury.

 

I will seriously consider that area when I move again.
