Wheel Well Liners

waiting is not the problem. Talked with FedEx customer service advocate this morning. She said it was time for the shipper to file a claim.

Now the problem, can't call gmparts direct, no phone #. I have emailed them and gave them the case # and ask them to file a claim. Haven't gotten a response but it is Saturday.

I just can't see how FedEx could lose the package. Package was scanned when left Winston Salem, NC and no other scans show up and no transfers, straight shot to Greer, SC FexEx facility.

Has anyone else had a problem and had to get gmpartsdirect to file a claim?

I've ordered a few things from them and never had anything lost. It does take a little longer to deliver but I always received everything. And tracking is usually up to date

They don't always follow a "straight shot" every time. I just mailed a package to Canada from Atlanta and it went through Miami Florida of all places. LOL Give it till Monday and see if it shows up.

Matt,

I've had packages do the same thing but the difference is the FedEx customer service person told me it was a straight shot with no transfers and also told me to contact shipper to start a claim.

Just ordered 2 sets from GMPartsDirect.com one set for myself and one set for a friend. Paid $160.64 with shipping for both sets, that $80.32 per set. My dealer wanted $130 just for one set.

I had a problem before and emailed Mr. Flow himself, he resolved it, quick, fast, and in a hurry. Great guy from what I could tell.

Received my wheel well liners today. They were shipped June 15th.

Mike,

If FedEx finds the first set they lost and returns them to GMPartsDirect, maybe you'll get them.

Nevermind. I just re-read your last post. Different part #, mine was GMC.

These things seem to be catching on. I bought my Sierra CC in April 09 and had dealer order/install before I drove it off the lot. The dealer did not even know about them!! Several guys at the dealership then ordered them for their trucks!!
