Wheel Well Liners

I just bought a 2010 LTZ w/ the LTZ plus package! It did not come with the liners. I want to get a set but if they owe me a set then I will wait. I have seen trucks with the same plus package for different prices on the sicker. Now my window sticker did not say anything about the liners so I am thinking I am beat. Was that something they added to tha package later on? I am not sure the exact build date! The dealer I bought it from had it shipped from another dealer. When I saw the build sheet from my dealer I saw it had thee plus package so I was happy it came with the liners, or so I thought!

Early build 2010 LTZ's w/the "Plus Package" did not come with the liners, later ones do.

If you post me the last 8 digits of your VIN I can verify if it was to come with the liners or not.

Hey Rich, the last 8 of my vin are AZ124620.

Thanks!

Nope,It should not have had them,The build date on your truck was 11/23/09

Heres the description of the LTZ plus package from your build sheet.....

PDF - LTZ PLUS PACKAGE: * LOCKING TAILGATE * EZ LIFT TAILGATE * UNIVERSAL HOME REMOTE *

Thanks, I figured that was the case. I just wanted to be sure. It was not on the sticker so i figured I didn't have them. Well I know what I am ordering next!

So should a 2010 Denali come with them?

They probably don't but you should know if they do or not. Look at the truck. If you can see the difference between body and frame in the rear wheel well then they aren't there. If it's just one nice and smooth surface then you have them

Well my Denali certainly did not come with them. Yes it is quite easy to tell. I was just looking for some ammunition for the dealer before I request he add them (unfortunately after the fact). Not the best position for negotiations however.

If you live in an area where they use a lot of road salt make sure the road dirt and salt cannot get between the liner and the metal wheel well. That would be a recipe for severe rust. Spray undercoatings that are not flexible also can cause rust.

I called the dealership to order a set and they were on backorder and they would have to call me back.So I got the call back and he said they have some at the warehouse or whatever but they cant sell them till they get more in. He told me they have a limited suply and that they are saving them for the new trucks that have the protection package on them.

They should just be putting them on every truck upfront.

Just installed mine today...if only all installs were that easy! They both just popped right into place. Probably took me 10 minutes total.

anyone know the part number for the 2500HD 2006?

They don't have them for the GMT800 trucks.

So, after reading 8 pages and deciding I needed some, I find THIS out!:D

I would recommend putting the money towards some rustoleum rubber spray. Its about 7 dollars a can and its very easy to do. Looks better and lasts forever. I have done it and I know many others on here have as well.

Just my opinion.

Where do you get this Rustoleum rubber spray i would like to get some.

I bought a set of these from a Chevy/Gmc dealer and They are really fighting me. I can't find the part number to verify I have the correct ones. Does anybody know if and where the part number is marked?

Literally any auto parts store.
