275/60r20 On 07 Silverado With Just Leveling Kit?

basically, do 33's fit on an 07 silverado with just a leveling kit in the front?

i don't want to mess with rubbing/trimming, but would like a little bigger tire to fill out the wheel wells a little more.

i do have my tires at full lock at times (turning and steering around parking lots) so i want to see if these will fit if anyone knows.

the specs from the tirerack website are here:

bridgestone dueler a/t revo 2 33's

just seeing if anyone has any experience running 33's on just a leveling it and how wide a tire did you run. also, if you know a good place where i can get them cheaper online or in houston, please let me know.. or if you have any recommendations. only difference should be the diameter is 1" taller.. which is only half an inch on either side of the hub which i wouldn't think would make much difference with the leveling kit.

the reason i am going with the dueler a/t revo 2's is because they are the same tires i had on my blazer and they were good quality, although pretty steep compared to some of the other a/ts out there.

thanks in advance.

I have a 08 Z71 and I'm running 275/70/18, which is basically the same size as the 275/60/20 from the tire calculator, and I have no rubbing issues what so ever. If I was at full lock and hit a hard bump they might would rub but I haven't had any rubbing issues thus far.

I have a 2" Skyjacker Level.

Hope that helps.

They will rub with wider wheels at the rear when turning. I recently did a test fit of a 275-60-20 on my 20x9s and there was a lot of contact at the rear when turned. As other say, I believe you'd be fine with OEM wheels.

I have 20x9" aftermarket wheels and 275/60/20 cooper zeons with a 2.25" readylift and no rubbing.I did remove my front oem mudflaps though

A lot depends on the hweel offset and you have a leveling kit. Mine is stock height. Even so, it would not take much trimming to make them clear on mine.

sweet that's what i was hoping. the OEM wheels are plenty wide for me (and i really like them.. main reason i went for an LT truck)

How about 285/60/20's with just a 1.5 -2.0 level kit?? oem wheel

I think they will rub at the back when you turn hard. Otherwise fine.

I have an 05 Sierra Crew Cab Z71 with the 17 X 7.5 OEM wheels and installed the Michelin LTX AT2 LT285/70/17 tires with a levelling kit and they are fine.

RagyGMC - have you had any problems running the leveling kit on your AWD Sierra Denali? A heard a lot of talk about how a leveling kit on a full time AWD vehicle like the Sierra Denali will burn up the CV joints in a hurry. How many miles have you put on it since you installed the leveling kit? Do you happen to have any pictures of your truck (it won't let me view your profile)?

Sorry for all the questions--thanks!!

I have Cooper Zeon LTZ 275/60/20 on OEM wheels with no rubbing.

I have about 5,000 miles on it with no problems. The 3" leveling kits are the ones to be cautious of. Mine is a 2" so the CV joint angles are not that bad. Going up to a 2.5" or 3" would concern me though.

I don't have pics yet but I'll post some soon.

I am looking at this same situation. Does anyone have any pics of it. Looking at RC 2" level and the 275/60/20 Bridgestone Revo2 on stock wheels
