So I just crossed over to GM after owning a Ford for many years with nothing but problems.....and I'm very happy so far!

 

I am wondering, I had HIDs in my ford....which didnt have DRL's and I am trying to install some in my 07 Sierra. I've heard some funny business about the ballasts for the lights not playing nicely with the lower DRL voltage. Wondering if anyone has any input.

I stopped buying Ford after my first full size truck. The tranny seized after 2 months. Got my first silverado in 93 and never had any problems out of any of them other than a wheel bearing on my 04 duramax. Welcome to the site

Welcome! As far as the hid's there is a ton of info here, check out the search engine.
