OK, just won $20k in a fishing tournament and am on the lookout for a Magnacharger supercharger for my 2000 GMC Sierra 5.3. If I can't find a used one I'll buy a new one. Does anyone know where the best place to buy these is? Does anyone happen to have a used one for sale?

Shopping around...You can beat that price on a MP112 BRAND NEW. If you can find one (they've moved on to production on the 1900 series).

 

Personally, I'd just go with new...Too many headaches involved in buying a used one if you're not experienced in the FI world, and you'd better be handy because no matter what, all the parts will not be there and you're going to have to make shit work.
