Front End Noise

the past few weeks on my 01 silverado with 66k on it i have noticed a squeaking noise when ever the wheel turned to the right. its coming from the left side tire. i dont think its the brakes as the rotors and pads were replaced 4000 miles ago. its not really loud but enough to annoy me. i also have noticed that my steering feels a little looser but it may just be my tire pressuse as i have not adjusted it in a long time. i drive the truck fast and hard so i would not be suprised if something in the front end is wearing out. i have been expecting something to wear out soon the way i drive. before i take a look or have someone take a look i just want to have a clue on what to look for... so what would be the first thing in the front end to normally wear out on this truck?

well its definatley coming from the tire or suspension

If its only coming from one side maybe its a Tie Rod End? Id probably get someone to sit inside it with the key turned to run and have them move the steering wheel while you look underneath at the steering components to see if anything has play in it.

Something is getting dry. Tie rod, ball joint, bushing, bearing, or shock. You may be nearing time for a front end job.........
