I have managed to read and search enough that now I can't see the forest for the trees. Will a 285/60r20 and a 20x9. +20 offset rim fit with NO rubbing. I'm running 1.5 level kit and 1.5 inch blocks in the back for some reason the truck has about .5 inch rake still in it and I'm fine with that, kinda like it actually. I really dont want to raise the body if I dont have to but I'm looking at the zone 1.5 BL. Possible??

i too am going to run a 20x9 with +18 offset and would like to know about any rubbing on the 285/60/20 Cooper LTZ. i know the 275/60/20 will be fine from researching, but can't find any testimonials on the 285.........i would guess trimming would be required.

this would be on a 2010 Silverado 1500 Z71 with an RC 2" leveling kit on it.

Does Cooper even make a 285/60/20 Zeon LTZ? Matt_ has a 3"BL and runs 305/55/20 ATZs and had to do some trimming.

Yeh I didn't know they made it either, but I'm pretty sure you're going to have to do some trimming, or live with a little rubbing or not turn your tires all the way. 275/60/20 is all I could fit with 3" of lift, and it probably touches in some cases.

no....they don't make a 285/60/20. so i'm thinking safely i could do a 275/60/20 with the RC 2" leveling kit........BUT, i wonder about a 275/65/20 now?

I tell you the 275/60/20's are wider and better looking in real life than they appear in pics, and they are about the best size for these NBS chevy's. You'll be happy sticking with that size, or a 305/50/20 if you want it a touch wider but a tad shorter. These are the MAX sizes. Thinking another 1/2" more couldn't matter much is wrong. Don't go bigger if you dont' want headaches with rubbing and trimming. And of course these two sizes only work on the right rim size, 18-20mm offset. Those are your options, period. Find a tire in that size that you like and get it, or get ready to trim and modify the front wheel wells.

I just received the cooper zeon ltz 275/60r20 with mb stryler wheels. It tucks beautifully no rubbing at all. Its close when the wheel is completely cut in reverse only about 1/2 if that. I have an 08 silverado ltz 4x4 with a readylift 2.25 leveling kit. Truck looks sick.
