Did you notice the shift quadrant differences? The last pic has the 6 speed quadrant, you appear to have the 4 speed.

The last one is a 6-speed, but Mine (07 GMC SLT) cluster looks just like that but it's for a 4-speed with "PRND321".

Is it REALLY, REALLY worth it??

Just to see that your alternator is working, or that your engine is pumping oil ??

Really??

Advice?? Take the $400 you were gonna spend, and put it in the bank...

It should be plug and play. Well not technically plug and play. You have to get the new cluster programmed to your vehicle then it is plug and play. I bought a cluster from a user on here. He had got it in a swap and didn't need it. I haven't had a chance to get it reprogrammed yet but will soon. You can shop around on ebay for a cluster or go with these guys:

Digital Dash Solutions . They were highly recommended and also have an ebay store here: http://shop.ebay.com/digital_dash_solution...w=&_ipg=100

It may not be worth to some users (see above comment) but it worth it to others. I want it for the look. To me it looks cleaner and I know I won't be spending $400.

Let us know how it goes

Pretty sure clusters run about $200 new from gmpartsclub or the other one that advertises here, not $400.

I don't know about you but how well my engine is pumping oil concerns me enough to swap a cluster in if I didn't have a gauge..

i want it because i like to see my actual voltage and oil pressure not just have a idiot light.

That's for the instrument panel. The cluster bezel however is listed in the parts catalog as part number 257829 but when added to shopping cart it says it cannot find it in the data base

Yea it is really worth it. If I didn't have all the guages I would want to swap mine too. I like to know everything my vehicle is doing at all times.

I would love to know if this works...I've been looking into doing it myself but everybody I've talked to and everything I've read says it going to be a problem with the BCM

You haven't been reading. I stated it in my response earlier in the thread. IT WORKS!

If you have a gmt-900 then all you have to do is get the new cluster, have it programmed to your truck, then swap it out.
