Help Me Pick Wheels -- With Poll

Ok sold the Ultra wheels that were going to be my winter wheels. Kind of was not digging the matte black finish. So now I am in the search for a new set of wheels that are in my cheap budget. I have picked out three wheels that I am interested in and want your help choosing which ones.

 

1. 18x8.5 MB Gunner 6 wheels with the machined finish with +25 offset

 

(kind of to close to my current wheels but I do really like them)

 

 

2. 18x9 MB Chaos 6 wheels that are silver with machined lip with +25 offset

 

(I think this will be an easy wheel to keep clean with the silver powdercoating)

 

 

3. 18x8.5 MB Torque wheels that are silver with machined face with +10 offset

 

(something different than the classic 6 spoke design that I like but is different and I like it)

 

 

 

4. Or suggest one under $500 shipped.

I know I do too and they are the cheapest. But the Chaos wheels do not have the slots in the spokes so they would be easier to clean IMO.

I voted for the chaos 6 wheels but it registered as the gunners for some reason....

And yes they are a very simple wheel that has an aggressive look like you said. The spokes and some of the lip are powdercoated silver and the parts of the lip and edges are machined finish. I really like the black version of this wheel but it is matte black and I will not buy matte black. If they were gloss black they would be on there way here.

I take the comment back from the post above!!! What about the matte black finish Chaos 6 wheels? I just found out the Ultra Magnus wheels were a painted flat black finish Is there a big difference between the flat black and matte black?

NO too much out of my budget. I only have $500 to spend on all four wheels. I can get the Chaos shipped for $500 or I can get the Gunners for $440 shipped. The Torque wheels are a little out of the budget at $575 shipped.

+1 Those would look real good on your truck. And I like the closed spoke instead of the open one like you said.

I was going to get the chaos 6 wheels but called Discount tire direct today and got some prices again from a different salesman I he gave me a hell of a deal on the Gunner 6 wheels. $400 shipped to my work!!! The Chaos would of been $100 more. So the Gunner 6 machined wheels are on there way!!!!
