Monroe Gas Magnums Installed...not Bad

Man...what a HUGE difference. Yes I know these are not the greatest shock and they certainly are not Bilsteins. But...then again...they didn't cost what Bilsteins do either. I paid ~$65 for all 4 from Advance Auto Parts. They have a $30 off $75 internet ordering coupon going right now. Now, my truck rides like a truck...stiff. Not mushy from the worn out shocks that were on there. I suspect they were factory but...I dunno. They were blue and had OEM before one of the numbers on the shock. Anyway...like a different truck now.

What type and model of truck is this? I'm thinking of doing the same to mine.

$ 65 for four shocks? That's seems awfully cheap to me. One Billstein shock for my Mercedes is well over $ 100.

If they were '04 orginals, the new shocks would make a hel...huge difference....enjoy

Actually...I just checked my order and it was only $61 for 4 shocks. If they were not running a the $30 off $75, it would have been $91. So, a good deal for some good shocks.

If anyone knows what the original shocks looked like or the part numbers on them...I can confirm if they were indeed original. All I can remember off the top of my head is they were blue and had OEM on the sticker.
