What is the largest tire I can fit in my 2500HD 4x4 with a 2" torsion key lift. I want to keep my stock rims that are 16"

With T-bars cranked all the way, you just can put a 305 on there.

I've got an 04 gmc with a leveling kit in the front and 2" blocks in the rear and I've got 305/70/16 on stock 16" rims and they fit fine. I had to trim a 1" corner of the front bumper but the gmc bumpers hang down alot

i have a 1500HD which is lower than a 2500HD, i cranked stock keys and got airbags in the rear keep them at about 25 PSI lifts the truck about 2 inches. i got 33x12.5's on 18 inch rims with a pretty aggressive offset. little bit of trimming but they are okay. barely rub sometimes, only in reverse cranked the one way, and its minimal.

I just got a 2010 2500hd cc 4wd if I buy new keys/leveling kit for the front and lift it 2" do you guys think 295/70/17's (33.19"x12.13") or 285/75/17's (33.86"x11.30") will fit on stock rims, they are terra grappler's I used to have an 03 hd with 16" 285's and they would only rub because of the width. Is is better to go a little taller and skinnier or a little shorter and fatter; When it comes to tires that is!!!! Any info will help. Tks

Narrower. You will still have to trim a bit

I have had 305 BFG MT's on my 16" factory wheels for 5 years and 46,000+ miles with no issues. They do rub at full lock on the passenger side anti-sway bar. And you have to zip tie the parking brake.

Check my pics.

All you did was crank the torsion bars up? Or did you use different keys?
