Bath/partially Debadged

well lets just start by saying holy hell my arms are tired...spent 4 hrs at the truck today. i removed the SLT, flexfuel and large round GFX badge off the rear of the truck...also removed the little GMC square off the door of both sides and the large round GFX badge on the upper front fender on both sides. then went to town on the washing and polishing all the chrome on the truck...i was hoping to remove the air valance today and also take the grill cover thingy off too see the look with the black stock one on there(havent seen it because i baught it this way) any opinions on that before i waste my time would be greatly appreciated!! well here are a few pics of the before and after badges and also full ones of after her bath. had to shut er down cus it got dark(hence the shitty pics and no shine on the wheels ) and i was exhausted/the beer was getting warm

And here is one of the grill that im unsure of..any thoughts would be great this is just a cover the previous owner put over the factory black one...i am eventually going to buy the punched hole chrome grill from GMC but not right at the moment so just looking for the best temporary look i guess!

LOL yeah they both got a spray down while i was washing the truck it was almost 30C when i started washing so they needed to be cooled down haha

Looks like you had a busy day. The first thing I do when I get a new vehicle is remove the dealers sticker. They have gotten my money, no need for me to advertise for them any more.

 

Nice work on the clean up. I added the lower valence to mine today because it was missing when I got my truck. I like the look of it on there. I also changed oil and added the universal remote over head console. All 3 were very easy things to do though.

actually not custom...99% factory just the grill and de badge is not from stock it is a part of the GFX package also had carbon fibre inserts and embroided leather head rests with jthe GFX symbol on the interior
