My 04 1500 sat lower on one side in the rear. Never took it to the dealer but the service advisor said it might have something to do with the shackles. :uhoh:

Most of the GMT800s set lower on the drivers side. The fuel tank is on that side. Its the famous Chevy lean. There were a couple of TSBs on it.

Tell him to get a fat chick for a girl friend...that ought to level it out. :uhoh:

+1 on the "Chevy Lean" . My '05 had it just a little and I've seen many other 800's that do it. Not sure what the cause of it was or what they do to fix it tho...

I know these threads always bring out the guy who has had 37 new Chevy trucks and all of them were perfectly level... but none I have ever owned were. Every one sat a little lower on one side. When dealing with that much weight spread out on 4 springs, it's pure luck iff all of the spring rates are perfect.
