I'd certainly consider doing the lock cylinder. I've been locked out before, and the lack of use of a key (keyless entry), the lock cylinder was locked up. So now I spray some anti-freeze into the lock cylinder and work the key a few times a year.

id say do the lock cylinders. i was locked out of my truck on saturday when my key fob decided it wanted to take a break for a while and my key wouldnt unlock the door

When I use the stuff to clean the interior trim I go around the weatherstrip. Mostly to remove the dirt that will rub through the paint from the opening and closing the doors and the vibration.

I was having some squeaking around my one of my doors, and applied silicone grease as the manual states and have not had a problem since.

Dielectric grease works great for weatherstripping. A small tube of Permatex Dielectric Grease (1/3 oz) at chain auto parts stores is only a couple bucks and one tube will do an extended cab or crew cab truck.

Just clean the weatherstripping, dry it off, and apply a very small amount and rub in.

Yes, actually I just did the weatherstripping in my wife's Tahoe Sunday night. I used Napa's sili seal (spelling?) or whatever it is called.

I also do the locks especially after my tailgate lock breaking under warranty.
