Six Inch Bds With One Inch Strut Spacer? Ok Or Not?

I just installed a 6 inch BDS lift on my 07 Silverado (NNBS) and couldn't figure out why my truck was one inch higher in the front than in the rear. After talking to BDS today I figured out the problem. My truck already had a one inch strut spacer (leveling kit) installed by the previous owner.

My question is... Can I leave the spacer in place and get an inch taller rear block to level the truck out? Or will this cause too may geometry problems in the front end?

Blackout 007 has a 1" spacer with his BDS lift.

I asked BDS about adding one and they said they didn't recommend it but I talked to Top Gunz Custom and they said it was ok.

If it isn't going to play havoc on my front end components/driveshaft and if BDS makes one inch taller rear blocks, that would set me up good for adding 35's with even less trimming.

I have yet to have any issues with my setup but who knows what tomorrow holds. My angles are okay but they aren't great either. Anyway, the shop that installed the kit really shouldn't have put the spacer back in without asking you first. I mean, they remove the struts so it's not like the leveling kit was attached to the LCA and wouldn't come off. Post pics so we can verify that there is in fact a spacer.

I did the lift myself, so I must take the blame for leaving the spacers in there. I just assumed they were stock and never gave it a second thought. The light bulb finally came on when talking to BDS today.

What's the best way to gain an extra inch in the rear? taller blocks from BDS or can I stack the factory blocks back in with longer u bolts?
