Rising Gas Prices

I do not drive my truck much so it does not really bother me, but I am sure some are beginning to drive less as a result. Especially when they have only their trucks as their main transportation.

People in the US pay less than we Canadians do. Even though we produce the stuff!

 

I have thought more and more recently about trading in for a small car or something. Its not that I can't afford it, its that it just doesn't make sense driving at least 110km a day to work. At $1.20 a litre average

 

For the people using stonage imperial system that would be: about $4.50 a gallon and about 68 miles round trip.

if gas prices began crippling me finacially i would invest in a 400 dollar honda civic and beat the shit out of it....oh and gas is 2.87 a gallon here

i know eh, they complain...come up here and work for a company that makes it. send it south, then send it back up to us and charge us more money!!! ive paid as much as 1.50 per litre!! thats over 5 bucks a gallon. its a crazy system but it doesnt bother me one bit, the US can keep slirpin it up! keeps my family happy!!!

Rising gas prices are good in my area. That means we get more money from our wells each month. Louisiana oil and gas wells are bankin'!

I wouldn't even consider parking the truck We drive it ALOT more than we drive the car. It's just more comfortable to drive and ride in.

That would be the extra tax in the price. 92.9 per litre in SE Alberta and about 20 cents higher in SK. and that is where my fuel comes out of.

Nope. I'll drive it as much as normal. Gas will have to get a hell of a lot higher ($6-$8) for me to consider otherwise.

I realize that alot of the price on gas has to do with taxation.

Gas prices suck, but I haven't give a thought to not driving my truck.

2.95 here, I pretty much drive like always. My truck is my main squeeze and I've got to get around. But I do hate it, back my ears and fill up when I have to.
