Leaking Prop Shaft Yoke

Recently I have been trying to identify a leaking transfer case issue. I feared the dreaded hole but come to find out it is leaking out of the end of the prop shaft inside of the yoke. After doing some research, it seems this was an issue in 06, but they made an "updated" version to eliminate this problem. I have the updated version and it still leaks. They said the problem is due to extreme poorosity in the castings. My questions are:

 

Is the yoke a separate piece from the propshaft, or is it a one piece shaft?

If it is 2 piece, do I just replace the yoke end?

 

Talk about a hard leak to find.

You can replace just the yoke.
