May Be Starting All Over...

May be buying a duramax 2500 . Just bought a new boat and dry weight is almost 11000 lbs. I think I would kill my Sierra trying to pull it.

Anyone firmilar with the Duramax or 2500. I looked at the new Denali 2500 today with Diesel. Are lifting the 2500 on the same lines as the 1500? Im thinking I would go with the same 6 inch lift with 35s...The new 2500 Sierra was a sweet ride

11,000lbs is way to heavy for your 1500. If you're looking at gas 2500's make sure you get the 4.10 gears for that much weight. A Duramax will handle that weight no problem.

wow man, you gonna return your truck to stock and trade it in?

Hey Matt,

Good to see you, Hope all is well. I have a guy that works for me that wants to buy it. I will leave it like it is and start over. The wheels wont even fit

Good stuff man. Since you have a buyer lined up already then it'll definitely be a good move jumping up to a truck that can handle the load.

Looking forward to seeing the new one modded

I officially hate you .

I want a duramax so bad.

If my local dealer had a 6.2 6 speed I would probably swap in a heart beat. But damn I'd love a duramax.

lifting a 2500 is similar, but it has tortion bars instead of the struts. and the new 2011 wont be worth your time unless you will enjoy putting DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) in a small tank located under your hood every 5k miles or less. get a 2010 and make your life easier

The Ford F250 is the same way with the DEF fluid. I didnt realize how fast the deisel is. Not sluggish at all. But im not really a Ford guy. The dealer that sold me my vehicles has the new Danali in gas and Duramax. Going to take a run on them next week

the LML is way better than the LMM for the money. def is somthing youre going to have to live with if you want a desil from here on out. i dont see it going away any time soon if ever. so embrase the suck as we like to say. enjoy your new d-max.

Go and get the DMAX....nothing better for pulling like a diesel

And yes.....I´m so f....ing glad there´s such thing like the DEF....I hate all those old smoking Diesels...did you know this Diesel exhausts can cause cancer??? The DEF is reducing all this stuff a lot... :(
