Dvd Headrest Question

I have an invision head rest system from another car and have been trying to figure out how to put it in my 2011 silverado z71. The problem is that invision through GM does not make the headrests (as a kit, or headrest w/o the electronics) in the ebony fabric (or any fabric for that matter) but rather just in the vinyl or leather, both which would look very out of place in my truck.

 

The dealer said they could order me the empty headrests ready for my existing invision electronics for $180 a headrest but in vinyl, then I'd have to get them recovered. I had planned to use my existing toyota invision headrests, just dye then, and move the posts on the frame but discovered that not only is the spread different but the diameter of the toyota posts is bigger and the GM posts are solid.
