richface109 Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 So I bought my first truck a couple weeks ago when i got my taxes back. A 1993 Silverado K1500 Stepside Z71 with 245K miles on it for 1500 bucks. I honestly do not have the money to invest in a suspension lift and was wondering how big of a tire would i be able to put on the stock rims without lifting it. I want 35's but im pretty sure that wont work. Then I thought that 33's might work but to be honest I have no idea and any advice you guys have would help. I am moving to Pennsylvania in a couple months from Texas for school and I know that the tires I have on there are not gonna be good up there in the winter months.
ajensen383 Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 My 88 Chevy can fit 285/75/16 or 32.8", but that is with an aftermarket wheel and 0 offset wheels... my 02 had the same size tires ont he stock rims with no problems.... Although the torsion bars were cranked up
