Time For New Plugs.

As long as you get standard plugs and good wires you'll be fine. Just don't bother with any aftermarket brands that claim more HP or more economy, they can create misfires much of the time.

Stick with the AC/Delco's and AC/Delco plug wires.

Absolute :smash: They got you 100,000 miles. What more could you ask for.

Delco only. I'd be willing to bet that there is nothing wrong with your wires though. Heck, mine are 13 years old and have 196,000 miles on them. Not one misfire, what-so-ever therefore, no need to replace them because if they lasted this long, I'll be willing to bet that there isn't another set around that will last as long as these did.

AC Delco plugs or Denso which came on my 02 from the factory when I replaced them. No need to change the plug wires as those above stated, unless there are issues with them being bad.

Don't be waiting 100k to change the plugs, get those old ones out of there around 70,000 or sooner. Yes GM says you can go 100k, yes some people on here may have had no issues, but do you want to risk being one of the many who have run into issues with the plug breaking when trying to get it off, or even the plug being partially melted into the block or having the spark plug wire boot melted on? It happens more often than people realize.

Sounds like a good plan. Treat the coolant the same way, 100,000 is not a good idea on *ANY* type of extended life coolant, not just the troublesome Dexcool from years past. You should have having the PH & Conductivity levels and such checked every year or every other year.
