Way Off Topic But Need Help With A Sump Pump

Does anyone know anything or have a battery back-up sump pump for an outdoor cistern? I can't find one that can be left outside in the elements. The only thing that I have been thinking about instead is getting a heavy duty bilge pump. My current pump is rated at 3000 gph. If the power went I am screwed until I can get home to plug in my generator.

the only thing i can think of that would stand up to any elements for along time would be a little mini solar panel of some kind...but they are pricy. or find a big deep cycle marine battery. probly last for awhile...who knows how long tho
