I was bored and watching as few old 90's chevy truck ads on youtube... I swear if you slipped in a few images of 2011's, they would be just as effective today, more so than this "Chevy Runs Deep" stuff they have now... I really think dumping that ad campaign was a true example of fixing something that wasn't broke anyone else think so?

yeah it's like they are trying to make up for them saying not to use chevy at all last year lol... It's the same as them removing the "GM" signs from the dealership and cars. Like people aren't going to know that Chevys are made by GM and GM Makes chevy's.....

I liked the ones they ran when the 900s came out, especially this one. Seeing the truck change over the years tied in with a few major events in our history is pretty neat.

That song never sat well for me- back when it was still used all my friends (granted we were pretty damn young back then- it was before any of us could drive) who didn't like Chevy would make references to Chevy being like a rock- it just sits there and does nothing, etc. Plus, keeping the same theme for a couple decades won't do crap. It'd get old and played out.

The "like a rock..." commercials went on forever. Time for a change. I think even Bob Seger was glad to see them go. "The longest lasting truck commercial on the road". If you like the song, buy his album. I did, but not for that song.

Why would that even bother you? Maybe I am different, but, I don't watch commercials, I usually zone out when commercials come on.
