Ac Fan Knock

on my gmt 900 i turned the ac on the second setting and heard a fast paced knocking sound, this happens only when its on the second speed setting, could the fan be hitting something, also do you think this would be covered under the 3 year warranty since its not a failure just noisey?

mine does it as well, just waiting for something else to require a trip to the dealer though, hate just going for one item.
