4.2 Stalling At Idle

2005 Trailblazer LT 2WD intermittent rough Idle and stalling with AC on in park or drive.

Tried different fuel, and tank level does not have an impact.

Cleaned throttle body

No CEL

Restarts immediately and idle smooth's out

Started after replacing Belt, Tensioner and Idler Pulley.

I switched to a Gates belt because the OEM belt was too noisy.

If the AC is not on, it does not stall ever? Are the fans coming on with the AC on?

It's my wife's she never turns the AC off, even in the winter, it been on for 6 years.

The front and rear fans work fine.

It also has the flickering headlights issue since day one.
