2002 Gmc Sierra Stereo Installation

Kenwood Excelon KDC-X995 head unit, Infinity 6.5" 2-way speakers in front, Infinity 4x6" plate speakers in rear, dual 12" Kicker CVR Subs. Amps are a Kicker ZX350.4 for the Infinity front and rear along with a Kicker ZX450.1 for the subs, which I have since replaced with a ZX750.1.

 

The Kenwood came with a microphone which I installed above the driver's side to the left of the visor (I ran out of space so i couldn't upload the picture). It also came with an iPod connection so I ran the wire to the glove box and stuck the iPod inside (also couldn't upload pic).

 

I made the mount for the amplifier's with a side off of a regular sub box that I wasn't using any longer. I had to make a bracket out of a thin piece of metal and attach it from the mount to the center bolt behind the seat because the mount would rock back and forth, banging against the seat and the rear wall of the cab as I was driving.
