I'd buy one of these looooong before I'd by a ZL-1 even. Why? Twice the car for nearly the same price.

huh? 75K for the cadillac, the Zl1 hasnt been announced yet but will most likely be upper 50's/lower 60's to compete with the GT500. Thats a 15-20K price difference

The Caddy can be had for mid 60's and lets start a pole, Cadillac or Camaro, who wants which first for the same price? The Camaro wouldn't even come close bro.

Good luck getting one (NEW) in the 60's. Used is a different story as I have seen some with 20K miles+ going for $55K here. I have yet to know or hear of someone that isnt paying close to sticker on a new one.

That certainly isn't my fault but your $75k is off according to base sticker pricing. A CTS-V CAN be had for mid $60's, sticker pricing that was my main point.

Besides, if you think for a second, that a ZL1 is going to go for sticker, when they are released, you my friend are living a large pipe dream.

If we're talking Caddy's, what's wrong with a nice little XLR? As far as the big 3, imho challenger wins lookswise, I'd go with mustang for performance though.

For something really cool, you could find an old muscle car of your choice, pick which engine you want, pick everything else, and still come out cheaper than a new one. Plus you'd have something that's really "yours".

It doesnt have a 6.2L supercharged engine

Nah, you wouldn't be nuts, but your truck is your truck, this is just a play toy which you will get tired of once the new wears off. Trust me. :nonod:

Can't imagine not having a truck but I did jump ship of being a 40 year GM only owner when after checking out all the current muscle cars I bought an 09 Challenger SRT and I enjoy every minute I get of driving it. I like larger vehicles so the fact the Challenger was bigger than the others was a plus to me.

a friend of mine had one with the 5.7, he traded it on a 6.2 camaro in 6 months.(must be nice) honestly, i think your truck would hang with it, or atleast give it a run for it's money, in a 1/4 mile.
