Plate Light Replacement

Need to replace the rear plate light on the left side on my 99 Rado.  Looks like I have to crawl under(in 4 fresh inches of Ohio snow of course) and reach up from the rear bumper?

My right side was out last week. I reached under the bumper

and grabbed the pigtail, turned it one-quarter turn ccw, out

it comes. Replace with 194 bulb, reinstall. I use a couple of

2x3 carpets around the shop, handy to kneel on.

Done.  Was a lot more superficial than I thought it was going to be.  Thought I had the bulb around the house, but didn't see any.  God knows I'll find some in a few days when I don't need them anymore.

yea that was an easy light to change.  I actually changed mine to blue bulbs.  Cant really tell a difference other than a slight shadow (waste of $$$).  I changed mine while it was raining this fall.

Ah yes, the slushy Murray's Discount Auto parking lot was the venue for my change.  Thank God for those nylon running pants- can take a little slush/water to the knees and dry quick.
