TPS

Today coming home from work my check engine light came on and I noticed the throttle was much more responsive. So I went to autozone to have code read and they said it was the TPS. This eve going back to work the light was off and the throttle went back to being what I call sluggish.

Does this this make any since to anyone or am I loosing it!!!

By the way it's a 2007 GMC W/ 5.3.

he never gave you a code did he ,your not loosing it and it could be anything and taking it in is the next step ONLY when the light is on constant

what does a tune have to do with a TPS concern????

None just wanting one after tps is fixed.

If the TPS sensor fails the ECM goes into LIMP mode and uses inputs from other sensors to determine fueling.
