2009 5.3 Engine Tick after Top End Cleaning

Above Silverado CC 4x4 has 32,000 miles on it. I'm on round two of oil consumption fixes. First was updated vlave cover, and the latest was afm baffle and top engine cleaner. The invoice also listed 6 quarts of oil, but no filter listed (which probably explains the engine being over filled with oil when I got it back). I've noticed now that I have a lifter tick that lasts around 10-15 seconds at startup after the vehicle sits for over a couple of hours. Dealer says its not related to the work they did, but did say I should bring it in when I get a chance. I'm wondering if the engine cleaner could have diluted the oil enough to cause a lifter tick. Any thoughts?

Sounds like stuck lifter,Hopefully for your sake its not a collapsed lifter.Could very well be a exhaust leak.
