GMT800 (2002) door pin bushing issue

I did the search and have been reading other members experience with this. I was wondering if anyone has the gm or aftermarket part number for a quality threaded pin and bushing set?

 

Also does the door have to be removed completely? I would prefer to do this myself as I own two gmt800's and would be willing to by the proper tools to do the job right the first time.
