Setting up Auto Cal questions

I just got my auto cal unit from black bear and am trying to set it up. I went on the web site to log on and i cant seem to get in. I put in my email and the correct serial number and no go. Anyone have any pointers for me that im missing, id really like to get it on today !!!

it should work. Make sure its the email you used when you paid for the autocal. If youre 100% everything is correct on your end shoot them an email..... then it would be a technical difficulty on their end

I checked the email and serial number again, still no go. I sent an email but im like a kid at christmas. I cant wait to get the tune in !!!

After I received my AutoCal it took them a day or two to update their site so I could log in. It is hard to wait.

Any idea on how long it typically takes to get your first tune. I havent got my yet and like a little kid at christmas waiting to open a present.

They can get busy at times especially if Justin is out doing a tune event. Be patient, they'll get to you soon. One thing, don't email them constantly. It won't speed things up
